The rules of Zodiacs.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zodiacs platform and services ("Zodiacs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Zodiacs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Zodiacs provides personalized readings from multiple astrological traditions. Our platform draws on Western, Vedic, Chinese, and other interpretive frameworks to offer insights into personality traits, life themes, and celestial influences. The Service may include birth chart analysis, daily horoscopes, compatibility interpretations, and other astrological content generated through a combination of traditional methods and modern technology.

2. Professional Advice Disclaimer

For guidance and entertainment only. Not medical, financial, legal, or psychiatric advice. Decisions based on readings are the user's sole responsibility. Seek licensed professionals for those domains.

Nothing provided through the Service should be interpreted as a substitute for professional consultation. We do not hold ourselves out as licensed practitioners in any regulated field. You acknowledge that any actions you take based on astrological content from our platform are entirely at your own discretion and risk.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

Readings are interpretations of traditional systems. We make no claim of forecasting accuracy.

Astrology is an interpretive art rooted in centuries of tradition. The insights offered through our Service reflect symbolic associations and cultural frameworks rather than empirically verified outcomes. Results may vary between users and sessions. We do not guarantee that any reading will be relevant, actionable, or applicable to your specific circumstances.

4. Account & Billing Terms

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

Subscription & Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@zodiacs.ai within 14 days of a charge to request a review.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding balance is resolved.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any content or readings obtained through the Service without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data or content from the platform, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with any API endpoints, whether documented or undocumented, including exceeding reasonable rate limits or reverse-engineering internal interfaces.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content through the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or entity.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason.

• By You: You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting support@zodiacs.ai. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
• Data Export: Upon termination, you may request an export of your personal data and reading history. We will provide this export in a standard machine-readable format within 30 days of your request. Contact support@zodiacs.ai to initiate a data export.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect after termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
