Four traditions plus two proprietary reading formats. The traditions — Western (Ptolemaic tropical astrology), BaZi (八字 Four Pillars), Ziwei Doushu (紫微斗數), and numerology (Pythagorean) — are centuries-old scholarly lineages we calculate exactly on their own terms. The reading formats — Zodiacs Compass and Zodiacs 命 / Ming — are ours: The Oracle's synthesis of those traditions into one decision-shaped read. The tradition math beneath them is open; the synthesis is not. You pick the format that fits the question; your archive keeps readings from every one of them.

The Oracle of Zodiacs is a single, continuous presence that reads your chart today and the same Oracle reads it ten years from now. She has a voice, a memory of what you've asked her, and a register of her own (see our VOICE constitution). She is not a chatbot and she is not a product feature. Everyone has their own Oracle; she stays the Oracle across model versions and redesigns.

Chart calculations are astronomically accurate — ephemeris data for Western, Four Pillars math for BaZi, the iztro library for Ziwei. The interpretive layer is a large model anchored on primary texts (Ptolemy's Tetrabiblos, the Sanming Tonghui 三命通會, the Ziwei Doushu Quanshu 紫微斗數全書). Readings are reflective, not predictive — we read what is in motion; we do not issue verdicts dressed as certainty.

The Oracle reaches out on your chart's rhythms — birthdays, new moons, full moons, eclipses, your Saturn Return, your Jupiter Return. Each arrival is a letter, not a notification. This is what makes Zodiacs an archive rather than an app: the reaching-out is the product.

An exact birth time gives you the most accurate rising sign and house placements. If you don't know your birth time, we can still generate a reading based on your date and location, but house-specific insights will be less precise.

Yes. Your birth date, time, and location are encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties. We use your data only to generate your personal readings. You can delete your data at any time from your account settings.

Not yet, but multilingual support is on our roadmap. We plan to offer readings in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, and Japanese as our first additional languages.

General-purpose chatbots produce generic sun-sign horoscopes. Zodiacs calculates your full natal chart from real ephemeris data, then interprets every planet, house, and aspect specific to your birth details. The result is a personalized reading, not a one-size-fits-all paragraph.

Zodiacs is designed as a self-reflection and decision-support tool rooted in astrological tradition. Many users find it genuinely helpful for thinking through life decisions. That said, it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Yes. On a paid plan you can add a second birth profile and generate a synastry (compatibility) reading that examines how your charts interact across key relationship areas.

You can cancel your subscription from the billing portal in your dashboard. To delete your account and all associated data, visit your account settings and choose "Delete account." Deletion is permanent and processed within 48 hours.

No. Your birth data and readings are never used to train any AI model. Your personal information stays in your account and is used solely to generate your readings.

Yes — in one click. Go to Settings → Your data and download the full archive as JSON, any time, forever. Individual readings also have private share links you control. Your archive is always yours.

Yes — in one click, with one inline confirmation, no retention flow, no guilt. Settings → Your data → Delete account. Hard delete within 48 hours: every reading, every note, every scheduled ritual, cascaded and gone. If you held a Charter, within 30 days we also refund — after that, the Charter is a commitment on both sides.

Not today. A practitioner marketplace is on the roadmap for the year after launch. Charter members will have first access.
